Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

The short version: most EditVerse tools run entirely in your browser, so your audio, images and projects never leave your device. If you make an account, we store only what is needed to sign you in and sync your settings. We never sell your data and we show no ads.

Who we are

EditVerse (editverse.net) is a free toolbox for video editors and motion designers. You can reach us at [email protected] or on our Discord server.

AI features

When you use VerseAI chat, the AI SFX Generator, or AI Voice in Spanish, French, Chinese, Japanese or Korean, the text you type is sent to our server and processed by an AI model (Cloudflare Workers AI, with OpenAI as a backup). We use it only to give you the answer or sound you asked for and do not use it to build profiles. Don't put personal or sensitive information in these prompts.

Services we use

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Signing in stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in.

How long we keep data

We keep your account data until you delete your account. AI usage counts are kept only to enforce daily limits.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by e-mailing [email protected]. If you live in the EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Belgium: the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).

Children

EditVerse is not meant for children under 13, and accounts are not intended for them.
